Ways to Give
Through a Work Place Campaign
Many of our donors choose to give through their work place's Annual Employee Giving Campaign. Once a year (generally in the fall) employees will fill out a pledge card through their place of employment in which they can contribute to United Way of Mid-Maine. Often, donors will choose payroll deduction, in which you choose how much you would like to see come out of each paycheck for one year. Please check with your employer to find out more about your companies workplace campaign.
If your company currently does not offer a work place campaign, but is interested in participating in one, please email Richard Caro, Resource Development Coordinator, or call (207) 873-0686.
Direct Donation to United Way
For those who do not give through the Annual Employee Giving Campaign through their workplace, we offer ways to donate on an individual basis.

Through Gifts of Stock
If you would like to make your gift to United Way of Mid-Maine through stock this year, you can make the transfer in two ways:
1. If shares are held by the brokerage firm Kennebec Wealth Management:
simply transfer the amount of stock you wish to the United Way of Mid-Maine account.
2. If shares are held by another brokerage firm
Instruct your firm to transfer the stock to LPL Financial:

Give the donor account number 7244 2125 and DTC number 0075 for the benefit of United Way of Mid-Maine.
Please have your broker notify United Way of Mid-Maine prior to the transfer.
